Marmot PreCip Shell Mitt Video
The Marmot PreCip Shell Mitt is a lightweight waterproof/breathable mitten. It's got a lightweight Nylon shell across the top and it uses a waterproof/breathable Membrain inside to create that waterproof/breathable barrier. The palm side of it has this falcon grip that Marmot uses. It's a really lightweight but durable material and it has a bit of grippiness to it, so it's going to be easy to grasp onto a ski pole or trekking pole or whatnot. You do have a soft nose wipe here on the back of the thumb as well as a little elastic in the wrist to secure it to the hand a bit better. It has a nice, long gauntlet which allows you to pull the mitten up over a jacket cuff or if it's raining or snowing, it's going to keep snow and rain out. It has a single-handed gauntlet pull, nice and tight and easy to use with one hand, as well as a safety leash inside that gauntlet. The inside of the PreCip Shell Mitt has this lightweight lining. It is not removable; it is sewn in. It's very lightweight and it wicks extremely well. It's going to manage moisture off your hands excellently and dry very quickly. It also has a soft, micro fleece feel across the back of the hand.
