With an ultra-lightweight design, the Therm-a-Rest Women's NeoAir XLite inflatable sleeping pad is built for ounce-counting backpackers. The mattress utilizes an integrated truss system and a heat-reflecting interior to achieve a 3.9 R-value.
Unlike the limited number of vertical baffles employed by most traditional inflatable pads, the Women's NeoAir XLite utilizes horizontal air baffles. While minimizing convective cooling, Therm-a-Rest's Triangular Core Matrix technology and the increased number of baffles help to increase stability and avoid the "inflatable raft" feeling caused by overinflated vertical baffles. In addition, a patent-pending internal reflective barrier actually directs heat back to your body and cold air back to the ground!
The inflatable construction provides a full 2.5" thick support base. Ultra-lightweight, high-tenacity materials offer durability while maintaining an incredibly light packed weight. And soft, textured non-slip surface fabrics offer next-to-skin comfort that’s also quiet when you move around on the mattress. When deflated the Women's NeoAir XLite packs down as small as a 1-Liter water bottle.
The Therm-a-Rest Women's NeoAir XLite measures 20" x 66" and includes a stuff sack and a field repair kit.

Likes: -very compact
-great insulative properties
Dislikes: -"crinkling" noise while moving/turning
- Still the Best
Likes: light weight
Dislikes: a bit noisy
- Good insulation. A little noisy, but not big issue.
Dislikes: a little too narrow for side sleeper
- Awesome pad
Likes: Light, perfect size for a shorter person but with enough insulation to be used year-round. Much quieter than my previous Klymit pad.
Dislikes: Takes a while to blow up (this is one area in which the Klymit pads have an advantage). Absolutely worth the added comfort and weight savings, however.
- lightweight & no bottoming out
Likes: mattress height thick enough to prevent " bottoming out" when side sleeping ( hips don't hit the ground)
Dislikes: too narrow, I fall off the edge when turning over & too narrow for bent knee side sleeping... will be returning for a wider version ( wish they had a short/wide version)
crinkly noise, but lessens somewhat with use
- Comfortable sleeping mat
Likes: Very comfortable to use and lightweight.
Significantly reduce the weight in hiking.
- Ultralight Comfort
Likes: - Extremely light
- Packs down to about the size of a water bottle
- Comfortable and warm
- The crinkling noise doesn't bother me
Dislikes: - I came from a Prolite Plus that has foam and is self inflating. This model takes significantly more effort to get blown up.
- Great for Backpacking
Likes: Small package
Ease of Inflation
Dislikes: Can be a little noisy but if you are tired you don't hear it. Not a deal breaker
- Wife loves it

Dislikes: A little Narrow but my wife loves it!
