With an ultra-lightweight design, the Therm-a-Rest Women's NeoAir XLite inflatable sleeping pad is built for ounce-counting backpackers. The mattress utilizes an integrated truss system and a heat-reflecting interior to achieve a 3.9 R-value.
Unlike the limited number of vertical baffles employed by most traditional inflatable pads, the Women's NeoAir XLite utilizes horizontal air baffles. While minimizing convective cooling, Therm-a-Rest's Triangular Core Matrix technology and the increased number of baffles help to increase stability and avoid the "inflatable raft" feeling caused by overinflated vertical baffles. In addition, a patent-pending internal reflective barrier actually directs heat back to your body and cold air back to the ground!
The inflatable construction provides a full 2.5" thick support base. Ultra-lightweight, high-tenacity materials offer durability while maintaining an incredibly light packed weight. And soft, textured non-slip surface fabrics offer next-to-skin comfort that’s also quiet when you move around on the mattress. When deflated the Women's NeoAir XLite packs down as small as a 1-Liter water bottle.
The Therm-a-Rest Women's NeoAir XLite measures 20" x 66" and includes a stuff sack and a field repair kit.

Real Customer Reviews
- Great for Backpacking
Likes: Small package
Ease of Inflation

Likes: Very light weight.
Dislikes: A little Narrow but my wife loves it!
- Would buy again.
Likes: Bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves this ground pad. It's light, compact and comfortable.
Dislikes: None so far.
- Light and compact
Likes: Very light and rolls up quite small
Good amount of padding
Dislikes: I felt like i was rolling off at times - it's better to let a little air out so it's not blown up tight.
- Loud but Comfy
Likes: Very light and super compact in its carrying case.
Comfortable for a portable mattress.
Dislikes: As noted in other reviews, even with the "new softer fabrics" I found this pad to be very loud. As a light sleeper, this made getting a full night sleep difficult. However, my husband has the same pad in the non-women specific version and slept like a log.
