With an ultra-lightweight design, the Therm-a-Rest Women's NeoAir XLite inflatable sleeping pad is built for ounce-counting backpackers. The mattress utilizes an integrated truss system and a heat-reflecting interior to achieve a 3.9 R-value.

Unlike the limited number of vertical baffles employed by most traditional inflatable pads, the Women's NeoAir XLite utilizes horizontal air baffles. While minimizing convective cooling, Therm-a-Rest's Triangular Core Matrix technology and the increased number of baffles help to increase stability and avoid the "inflatable raft" feeling caused by overinflated vertical baffles. In addition, a patent-pending internal reflective barrier actually directs heat back to your body and cold air back to the ground!

The inflatable construction provides a full 2.5" thick support base. Ultra-lightweight, high-tenacity materials offer durability while maintaining an incredibly light packed weight. And soft, textured non-slip surface fabrics offer next-to-skin comfort that’s also quiet when you move around on the mattress. When deflated the Women's NeoAir XLite packs down as small as a 1-Liter water bottle.

The Therm-a-Rest Women's NeoAir XLite measures 20" x 66" and includes a stuff sack and a field repair kit.

This pad hits the sweet spot of the weight/R value ratio for my needs. Truly a great 3 season pad.
Reviewed by Little Bear - February 11, 2019

Likes: As a moderately cold sleeper I appreciate the added 0.5 R value of the women's model. The comfort level for this weight is outstanding.

Dislikes: I wish this model had been available in a wide in the women's model, as i prefer a 3/4 length in wide. The rumors of this pad being loud are true. I don't find it to be a deal breaker, but if i slept in shelters around a lot of people often I might. It really does sound like rolling around on a bag of chips. I'd also add that this pad is rather slick surfaced and i find a solid pad attachment system is imperative.

excellent comfort and warmth

Good insulation. A little noisy, but not big issue.

Dislikes: a little too narrow for side sleeper

Awesome pad
Reviewed by Kevin M. - August 24, 2018

Likes: Light, perfect size for a shorter person but with enough insulation to be used year-round. Much quieter than my previous Klymit pad.

Dislikes: Takes a while to blow up (this is one area in which the Klymit pads have an advantage). Absolutely worth the added comfort and weight savings, however.

lightweight & no bottoming out
Reviewed by Sally C. - August 16, 2018

Likes: mattress height thick enough to prevent " bottoming out" when side sleeping ( hips don't hit the ground)
cheery color
comfortable fabric
shorter length

Dislikes: too narrow, I fall off the edge when turning over & too narrow for bent knee side sleeping... will be returning for a wider version ( wish they had a short/wide version)
crinkly noise, but lessens somewhat with use

Comfortable sleeping mat

Likes: Very comfortable to use and lightweight.
Significantly reduce the weight in hiking.

Dislikes: no

Ultralight Comfort
Reviewed by Alex H. - July 21, 2018

Likes: - Extremely light
- Packs down to about the size of a water bottle
- Comfortable and warm
- The crinkling noise doesn't bother me

Dislikes: - I came from a Prolite Plus that has foam and is self inflating. This model takes significantly more effort to get blown up.

Great for Backpacking
