The jacket employs rugged GORE-TEX Pro 3L construction. The highly-durable nylon fabric is windproof and fends off even heavy precipitation. Fully-taped seams bolster weather protection. Ripstop nylon on the shoulders and bottom yoke of the jacket reinforce traditional high-wear points. Integrated pit zippers allow you to vent the jacket if temperatures rise. The helmet-compatible hood extends coverage and incorporates a laminated wire brim to ensure visibility. The full-length front zipper has a highly water-resistant Vislon zipper.
Other features include zippered chest pockets, an internal zippered security pocket, a removable powder skirt, Velcro cuff tabs, and an adjustable hem.
