Despite weighing just 18 ounces the Rab Torque Jacket has durable movement-mirroring construction and a wealth of features to deliver high-performance in a wide variety of conditions making it an ideal option for climbing and other backcountry pursuits.

The Torque Jacket is constructed primarily of a lightweight Matrix DWS fabric that allows stretch and freedom of movement while ripstop Matrix SWS fabrication on the hood and elbows bolsters durability wind-resistance and water-resistance. Semi-elasticized Velcro cuffs and a drawcord hem enhance fit. A YKK front zipper has an internal storm flap and a 2-way design allows for venting and pass-through versatility when you are on belay.

A helmet-compatible hood has hidden cordlocks that provide adjustability while maintaining the clean profile of the jacket. An integrated shapable wire brim helps wards off rain and glare. Two high-set zippered Napoleon pockets provide storage and can be accessed easily even if you’re wearing a pack or a climbing harness.
