Ideal for everything from backpacking to climbing to everyday wear, the Patagonia Men’s Nano Puff Hoody delivers lightweight, packable warmth. Its PrimaLoft Gold Insulation Eco fill offers reliable performance even in wet conditions.
Meeting Patagonia’s rigorous performance standards while also lessening environmental impact by utilizing 55% recycled content, the jacket’s compressible PrimaLoft Gold Insulation Eco holds warmth in crucial areas of heat loss. A unique “brick” quilt pattern keeps the insulation in place to ensure a light and comfortable layer of warmth whether you’re wearing the jacket as an outer layer or beneath a weatherproof shell. Windproof and water-resistant 100% recycled and bluesign-approved polyester exterior fabric is treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish, bolstering weather protection. A wicking interior wind flap behind the center front zipper keeps drafty gusts and moisture at bay while the drawcord-adjustable hem is also ready to seal out cold wind. A fully-insulated hood further extends coverage and increases warmth.
Other features include two zippered hand warmer pockets, a drop-tail hem, and a zippered internal chest pocket that doubles as a stuff sack for the jacket when you need to pack it down and stow it away.
With a regular fit that’s designed for comfortable layering, the Patagonia Men’s Nano Puff Hoody is available in a variety of color and size options.

Likes: Light warm and looks good
Dislikes: Could snag and tear
- Excellent for fall and warmer winter days in TX

Dislikes: Color selections can be wider.
- awesome jacket
Likes: light weight, comfortable, true to size, warm
Dislikes: sleeves are a little on the long side
- Best and most versatile piece of clothing I own
Likes: This jacket really does it all. It is wind/water resistant, warm, breathable and extremely light/packable. I couldn't ask for something more. I can wear this piece as a standalone or part of a layering system from -55 windchill (Chicago this past week) up to 50 degrees. I love it so much that bought one for my brother and sister. Hood is excellent as well as it forms around your face perfectly, keeping the warmth in.
- Ended up returning
Dislikes: Fits small
- Great for travel
- Excellent lightweight jacket
Likes: Good warmth for moderate temps. Very lightweight. The hood fits well under a bike helmet. I like the way it zips up around my chin and keeps part of my face warm. The jacket looks great and I really like wearing it.
Dislikes: Not heavy enough for colder weather – but it can be worn with other layers. Probably not the most durable jacket but can be worn under another layer if using it in rough conditions.
- Fits great, warm, looks good. My favorite puffy.
Likes: This is a great mid weight jacket. With light to medium activities I am good with a t-shirt and this puffy in the low to mid 30's. With a base layer, and an over shirt under this coat I am warm into the high teens with the same activity.
Good quality, light weight, and very comfortable. I love the hood. It make all the difference when the breeze picks up.
Dislikes: It's not waterproof, in fact it's not even very resistant. I use a rain she'll if the weather gets wet.
- usual Patagonia quality
Likes: Very well made, warm layer, light and packable.
Dislikes: Would like a fuller cut for over layers.
- Best Lightweight Puff
Likes: Lightweight, warm and packable.
Dislikes: A little pricey but worth it.
