Great compact bag
Reviewed by Melody F. - January 24, 2018

Likes: Full size day pack
Amount of compartments for storage

Dislikes: Amount of room the handle takes up in the bag
Tends to fall over when day pack is attached

Sturdy, Comfortable Pack
Reviewed by Amanda L. - January 6, 2018

Likes: I like how well this pack is made and that Osprey offers a lifetime warranty if something does break or tear on it. I'm 5'3", 115 lbs and I like how comfortable the pack was when I wore it on my back. It also didn't look too bulky on me. I really like the zip-off day pack as well - it has a lot of great pockets and is very roomy.

Dislikes: It would be nice if the main compartment was a little larger, but I plan to use the day pack to pack some of my bulkier items. I also wish the extendable handle was a double bar as opposed to a single one. However, these are very minor dislikes, overall I'm very pleased with this bag.

Great for family traveling
Reviewed by Shahana H. - April 2, 2016

Likes: Just got this pack on time in the mail. I got it especially for air travel with my two preschoolers. I wanted to keep my hands free and be able to keep essentials under my seat without having to get into overhead compartment. Love the detachable day pack for our excursions at the destinations. Overall, seems well built, light weight and sturdy materials. Rolls really well.

Dislikes: For petite women (Im 5'2"), the pack system is slightly big for my frame, but thats what I wanted to get as much stuff as I want in a carry on. Perfect for my husband to wear as backpack. The carry on portion is not as big as traditional carry ons.

Not bad for Traveling
Reviewed by Gabriel - December 22, 2015

Likes: I tried this new travel luggage and pack for 2 months in Thailand while i was studying abroad along with sightseeing/hiking too.. The Removal day pack is a cool feature as the pack has many cool organizational pockets/compartments that was suitable for my needs,,school and day travel around the city..
The Carry on luggage pack was very light weight and seemed pretty durable while traveling,, easy loading/unloading from airplane storage.. I never used is as a full backpack so I can not comment on that portion..

Dislikes: The Day pack-- I was missing the hip belt and lower back support as I packed this day pack full which became uncomfortable at times,, the top handle portion was sometimes rubbing against my neck, and maybe it just had too much weight but I needed to carry certain things for my day traveling.. I think my Kestrel 32 would have been a better choice for me,, for the day pack.. If your planning for light weight/school travel,, this could be a great option for you,, but it just wasn't for me..

The carry on luggage for what it is,, is good,, but I think you compromise the inside storage room compared to other carry on luggage,, but that due the design with the frame/backpack straps option that takes up some room.. So it did work but its just not for me...
