Real Customer Reviews
- Excellent in all ways
Likes: Fit color and materials
- it is what they say
Likes: Lightweight fits good looks good (Pewter). I bought a large, I'm 6' 175. It's a nice fit with a t-shirt and I can get a light down under it although it's a tight fit. I would say this jacket runs on the smaller size, especially compared to other brands Marmot, Patagonia even Arcteryx to a degree. So size up if on the fence.
Great lightweight shell, it replaced my Marmot Precip and Patagonia Houdini as it does double duty as a shell and windshirt.
Dislikes: no pit zips
- Just in case jacket
Likes: Mine weighed in at only 6.3oz and packs very small. Has stayed waterproof through moderate showers. I'm 6'3" 180lbs and the large fit like a glove.
Dislikes: Not as breathable, windproof or waterproof as a 3 layer Gortex, eVent or Polartec shell but for 1/2 to 1/3 the weight and cost it is above expectations.
- Packs down small and light
Likes: It packs down small into its own pocket. Super light. I haven’t had a chance to actually wear it in the rain, but carried it in my pack 5 days in Glacier NP. I am ready when it does rain.
Dislikes: Tiny zipper seems too small. Worried about durability. Based on other review and research it shouldn’t be an issue.
- excellent versatile jacket
Likes: -light weight
-excellent wind resistance
-brimmed hood with snug cord
Dislikes: -poor inside pocket placement
-ember/charcoal model is not a solid orange color (patterned with tiny black dots)
- Great rain shell!
Likes: Super light weight for a rain jacket. Compress very small in pocket
Dislikes: Green color is a bit off from the pictures. Its more of a neon green than a dark green
- Excellent product
Likes: Fits well and is comfortable. The single pull adjustments are great. The hat brim is a nice feature, when adjusted properly. So light and compact it is easy to forget it is in your pack.
Dislikes: When stuffed into its pouch, a zipper would be better than the velcro it has. The hat brims weight has a tendency to make it sag if you don't adjust it well
- Nice rain jacket.
Likes: It's very breathable. I'm able to hike in this jacket where others have been too hot to hike in.
Dislikes: No zipper pockets
