With an ultra-lightweight design, the Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite inflatable sleeping pad is built for ounce-counting backpackers. The mattress utilizes an integrated truss system and a heat-reflecting interior to achieve a 3.2 R-value.
Unlike the limited number of vertical baffles employed by most traditional inflatable pads, the NeoAir XLite utilizes horizontal air baffles. While minimizing convective cooling, Therm-a-Rest's Triangular Core Matrix technology and the increased number of baffles help to increase stability and avoid the "inflatable raft" feeling caused by overinflated vertical baffles. In addition, a patent-pending internal reflective barrier actually directs heat back to your body and cold air back to the ground!
The inflatable construction provides a full 2.5" thick support base. Ultra-lightweight, high-tenacity fabric offers durability and maintains an incredibly light packed weight. When deflated the NeoAir XLite packs down as small as a 1-Liter water bottle.
The Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite is available in Small (20" x 47"), Regular (20" x 72") and Large (25" x 77") size options. Adding additional value, a stuff sack and field repair kit are included.

Real Customer Reviews
Likes: Perfect little seat. Great weight and packable size but large enough to add some on trail comfort during breaks or at camp. It seems to be sturdy and the material holds up to some real abuse.
Likes: Amazing, so comfortable, i am a big guy and i have to say that i love this thing. I can over look the noise it makes. I don't really notice it actually. Not a big deal at all.
Dislikes: Slight noise but not like the reviews say in my opinion.
Likes: Love how compact and light this pad is. Was concerned about being noisy but it is not noisy at all.
Likes: zero weight, warm (-15C) and comfy
Likes: I love this product, I am 56 years old, female, 5'8" and weigh 188LBS. This sleeping pad is comfortable, keeps me off the ground, is easy to blow up (I'm also smoker 40 years) it is light, compact, fits in my back pack very nicely.
I recommend this product to anyone that must have a good night sleep. At home I sleep on a foam mattress and this product is almost as comfortable.
Dislikes: I did not have any dislikes, great product worth the price.
Likes: Very light and extremely compact.
Dislikes: High price.
Likes: - Extremely lightweight
- Packs very, very small
- Easy to inflate and deflate
- Amazingly thick and comfortable for something that packs so small and lightweight
Dislikes: - Material makes a crinkly noise when you move around on the pad; this may annoy some people, and takes a bit of getting used to, but in the end didn't bother me that much.
Likes: This pad deserves 5 star. Very light weight and warm. I have been using Exped Downmat UL7. This pad is about 8 oz lighter. It is good for 3 season use. Now, my Downmat will probably only be used in winter.
Dislikes: It is slightly noisy but not a big deal as I use ear plug. The material is a little thin but it is understandable, because we want light weight.
Likes: Light and easy
Dislikes: Making noise when you turn.
Likes: My wife and I both have the neoair lite. We just returned from a 5 day backpack on the Foothills Trail in SC. The temp dipped to below freezing and we never felt the cold damp ground. Light weight and rolls up small.
Dislikes: Our tent site wasn't level and the pad slid down. The sleeping bags didn't slide off the pad.
