The award-winning NEMO Losi 3P tent is a feature rich, durable, and livable shelter that offers a great mix of 3+ season features. A roomy interior, two large doors, and excellent ventilation equip the tent for backpacking or camping adventures.

Intended to comfortably house up to two people, the tent offers 47 square feet of interior space. The full coverage rainfly has two integrated vestibules that provide 26 square feet (13 per vestibule) of weather-protected external storage space. An internal storage pocket utilizes light-diffusing fabric to turn a headlamp into a lantern capable of illuminating the interior of the tent (headlamp not included).

Lightweight aluminum poles provide the tent with extremely strong structural support. By terminating well above the ground, the two ridge poles create nearly vertical side walls which grant a ton of elbow room and maximize the tent’s peak height. The freestanding design enables you to set up the tent and then move it around your chosen campsite to find the optimal rock and root-free position. Stakes are included to ensure a taut, secure pitch.

Mesh panels in the walls and ceiling of the tent body effectively allow air to circulate and combat condensation. The durable 68D polyester floor and lightweight 20D silNylon rainfly have PU coatings to ward off the elements and all seams are tape sealed. The custom-fit NEMO Losi 3P Footprint (sold separately) can be used to add an additional layer of protection from mud, ground water, and sharp objects like rocks, exposed roots and pine needles. When conditions cooperate, you can leave the tent body behind and use just the poles, footprint, and rainfly as a lightweight shelter.

Each NEMO Losi 3P tent includes a stuff sack, guyout cord, stakes, and a repair kit. The innovative stuff sack has an easy-to-use roll-up design and integrated organizational pockets.

  • Light Pockets diffuse light from a headlamp to cast an even glow throughout the tent
  • Includes roll-up style stuff sack, stakes, guy-out cord, and repair kit
  • Footprint, Pawprint, and Gear Loft sold separately

A do-it-all.
Reviewed by Mikko L. - October 2, 2018

Likes: I brought this tent to Burning Man. It held up extremely well. It's easy to set up even the first time. A dome tent can't be more optimal with its inside space than this tent, the vertical side walls really make a difference. Handy pockets one the sides and on top corners for keys / headlamp.

All in all just a really functioning tent, as long as you know you want a tent that's meant more for staying in one spot for a a few nights. Not optimal for a through hike of any sorts where staying overnight is done as easy as possible and the emphasis is on progressing on the trail. Staying by a beach and waiting for a few days for the surf to pick up, or fishing nearby lakes / rivers and setting up a camp for 2-> days.... Then pick this one.

Dislikes: The zippers could be less prone on getting stuck on the tent fabric. There's always situations you leave the tent in a rush or have only one hand to use, happens often then.

Best tent I've owned

Likes: Roomy, easy to set up, light for its size, paw-print is a great accessory if you have dogs.

Dislikes: Rain fly does not extend to bottom on two sides (the tent itself has waterproof fabric in those areas, but windy rain might still be problem). Comes with a nice organizer that isn't practical for backpacking; had to purchase stuff sacks elsewhere.

Great Tent
