The MSR Fuel Bottle is designed to work in tandem with all MSR liquid-fuel stoves (sold separately). Made from a single piece of impact-extruded aluminum to prevent leaks and cracks, the Fuel Bottle is bolstered at the shoulder and base to resist bulging when pressurized.
Per U.S. CFR 1700 and Health Canada requirements, the Fuel Bottle's "push-and-twist" cap provides child-resistant safety.
The MSR Fuel Bottle is available in your choice of 11oz, 20oz and 30oz size options.

Real Customer Reviews
- Durable and stays sealed
Likes: - Durable, can handle being dropped a lot.
- Stays sealed, which is very important.
Dislikes: None really, it does what's expected.
- 30 is too big.
Likes: Most fuels are readily available. Save pack space; buy the 20 ounce.
Dislikes: The 30 ounce is too big for camping near populated areas.
- It does the job very well...
Likes: It works as advertised with the MSR Dragonfly Stove - seals tightly, no complaints at all.
- Fuel bottle
Likes: Very high quality
Likes: What can you say? Fuel bottles for the MSR liquid stoves. They do a great job
Dislikes: When the fuel expands during the summer, the childproof tops can be difficult to remove. Buy the regular tops and you will be happy
Likes: Great for my whisper lite stove
Likes: not many ways to mess up an aluminum bottle, buy a bigger size than you think you'll need though, a broken leg/ sprained ankle can increase trip length kinda quick
Dislikes: cap can be annoying, but only a little
- Quality Bottle
Likes: These metal bottles are durable and a necessary companion for MSR gas stoves.
Dislikes: Child-resistant cap is annoying, but laws are laws.
- Everything you would expect from MSR
Likes: Secure seal on the cap
Likes: Does what it says on the tin. The child safe cap is fairly rugged, but a nice feature as you can imagine. Cap stays tight and doesn't back off, almost to the point where you wonder why you put it on so tight.
Dislikes: Not a complaint, really, but the cap might be tightening itself when I'm not looking.
