Borrowing the innovative design of the award-winning Static V, the Klymit Double V sleeping pad delivers support and comfort in double-wide dimensions at a weight and packed size that make it backpacking-capable.
Strategically oriented V-chamber baffles offer a comfortable sleeping base but also help to trap air and keep you warmer than traditional inflatable pads. Horizontally-baffled side rails help to keep both sleepers situated on the pad at night. Because of its weight-shaving design, the Double V inflates in just 8-10 pumps from the hybrid stuff sack/inflation bag that is included with the pad. Integrated Flush Flat valves make inflation and deflation easy. A durable 75D polyester fabric holds up to the rigors of backcountry use.
The Double V measures a generous 47” x 74” x 3" when in use but packs down to 5” x 9" and weighs just 2.5 pounds. Note that the pad is uninsulated and its 1.6 R-value is suitable for warm-to-mild weather.
In case of an emergency, a patch kit is included with each Klymit Double V sleeping pad.

Real Customer Reviews
- Overall a great product
Likes: Ultralight, comfy, roomy, durable material
Dislikes: Nothing so far
- Very comfortable, but has some flaws.
Likes: Very comfortable, movement on one side of the pad was not felt at all to the other sleeper. Pretty light, added bag is a good addition.
Dislikes: Inflating isn't as easy as it seems, it takes quite a bit of cycles to reach full pressure. Deflating is a bit of a hassle, some air always seems to stay in and getting it to the minimal size is a challenge. After a few days of usage a hole appeared in one of the seams, repair kit solved it eventually, but you'd have to wait to the morning to do that....=[
- Affordable and Consistent
Likes: Nice thickness and clever inflation setup.
Dislikes: Takes a long time to pump up in my opinion unlike other sleeping pads.
- Great for couples
Likes: Wide enough for 2 people.. inflates easy
- Easy to use
Likes: Light weight. Confortable when sleeping on your side.
Dislikes: Material is slippery.
- Great for 2 people
Likes: Easy to inflate using the stuff sack, comfortable for back, stomach, and side sleeping. Packed size is a little large and heavy, but I suppose it ends up being about the same as two one-person sleeping pads without the fuss of having two. This has worked great for my boyfriend and I - plenty of room for the both of us (we are both 5'7", I'm about 130, he's about 170), and no issues with bottoming out. It was great one night when it poured and the bottom of the tent was damp but we didn't have to worry since our sleeping bags were a good couple inches off the ground. This fills up our 2 person tent wall to wall in all directions. Price point is fantastic as well.
- Best sleep backpacking and super small!
- Very comfy
Likes: Comfy sleeping pad for two people. Easy to inflate and easy to deflate. Very comfy to sleep on.
Dislikes: Not very insulated and sometimes it can make you roll off to the side during the night.
