Featuring varying insulation levels on opposite sides of the bag, the versatile Kelty Tumbler 30/50 Degree is ideal for summer backpacking and camping in the mountains where nighttime temperatures can be unpredictable.
The Tumbler 30/50 Degree rectangular sleeping bag is insulated on both the top 30-degree side and bottom 50-degree side with Kelty's CloudLoft synthetic fill. Unlike untreated down fill, CloudLoft insulation provides warmth even when wet. This is particularly important if and when you are camping in wet climates or in foul weather. Depending on the temperature, simply flip the Tumbler 30/50 degree over and get more or less warmth where you most want it, beneath or above. Unlike mummy-shaped bags, the Tumbler 30/50 Degree's rectangular cut provides more room at the feet, hips and shoulders no matter which way you flip it, allowing you to roll around easily. Side sleepers and thrashers will surely appreciate the extra wiggle-room!
A zipper draft tube with anti-snag design helps to ensure that no unexpected cold air enters the bag. The full-length zipper enables the Tumbler 30/50 Degree to be unzipped for use as a blanket and also allows you to zip it together with a second Tumbler bag (sold separately), creating a single doublewide bag.
Additional features found on the Tumbler 30/50 Degree bag include a cotton blend liner (one of Kelty’s only bags with this interior material), FatMan and Ribbon drawcords and a dual slider locking blanket zipper.
Sized to fit to individuals 6' 6" tall, the Kelty Tumbler 30/50 Degree sleeping bag includes a stuff sack.

Likes: When it's cool the 30 degree side is great add a liner and you're good to go in colder temps. When it's summer the 50 degree side is nice or it's nice to unzip and use like a quilt.I live. In FL so the 30/50 is more practical for me. I'm also hot blooded by nature so it works for me when I'm in my hammock or tent no matter where I camp.
Likes: This bag was purchased on a last minute decision before going out to yosemite and i must say that it performed well. It was warm the 1st 3 nights and the last 2 were colder since we were in higher elevation. I purchased this bag for my uncle and he said he was very satisfied with the comfort/warmth when it became colder in the 40's, he slept with a thermarest foam pad underneath to block some of the cold and it was a good combination. It packed well into a stuff sack that was not included and the bag is light enough to backpack with. Recommended for summer camping/backpacking only, if it was into the fall/winter, my uncle mentioned that he would use a different bag accordingly.
Dislikes: No stuff sack included,
