A truly innovative lighting option for camping trips or backyard recreation, the Kelty LumaTwist LED lantern provides pivoting 360-degree illumination. Two independent panels enable you to direct light wherever you need it.

Twenty-six Nichia LED bulbs (13 per panel) provide a total brightness of 140 Lumens. An integrated 3-step switch allows for quick and easy brightness adjustability. Operated by 4 D alkaline batteries (not included), the LumaTwist offers 42 hours of burn time on the highest setting and 105 hours of burn time on the lowest setting.
The weather-resistant Kelty LumaTwist measures 6" x 4" x 4". A durable plastic body and anodized aluminum handle stand up to wear and tear.

Real Customer Reviews
Likes: Great for car camping. Lots of light!
Dislikes: Lots of "D" batteries.
Likes: This is a splendid camping lantern, especially for use on a table or in a tent. It has unique versatility in aiming the light, which I find to be a most helpful feature. It's nice to be able to choose between one or both light panels, the batteries last for a good while, and it packs up neatly.
Dislikes: Assuming this is a size one wants, there is nothing to not like.
Likes: This is probably the most versatile D-cell LED lantern out there, with two adjustable light panels, especially for emergencies or car camping. Good for lighting up a room, but works best as a task or reading light. It has a great battery life for its output.
Dislikes: The hinges are plastic and are not built to take any kind of abuse, and the brightness can not be adjusted. You will blind fellow campers with this light in the night.
Likes: This is an amazing lantern. I have and used a lot of lanterns, but this one is probably the most useful. The beauty of this lantern is you can aim the light where you NEED it. It's also compact, and the batteries seem to last forever. I also use the lantern for household chores, crawling under the house, changing a tire at night . . . The light is very stable, and with the directional light, it allows for hands-free tasks. I use this lantern more than all my other lanterns combined. If I don't need much light, I can just use the light from one panel. And as an added bonus--it looks cool. Whenever I use it camping, everyone always asks me about it.
Dislikes: There's not much to not like about this product. I suppose it could have a few more "lumens." But, it's always served me right.
