A high-performance option for cold-weather backpacking, the Kelty Ignite DriDown 0 Degree sleeping bag provides the lightweight, compressibility of down insulation with all-weather reliability normally associated only with synthetic fills.
Renowned for their efficiency in retaining heat and compressible properties, the feathers and fibers of down have an incredibly soft, comfortable feel and, despite advances in synthetic materials, continue to provide the best warmth-to-weight ratio of any insulation available. The one inherent weakness of down insulation is that it loses much of its ability to maintain warmth when it gets wet, but DriDown performs differently. Employing a unique, innovative polymer application, DriDown actually creates a hydrophobic finish on each individual plume of down. This treatment results in insulation that stays dry up to 7 times longer and dries 33% faster, should it become wet, than untreated down bags. Perhaps most impressively, this allows the insulation to retain 98% of its loft which translates into maintained warmth that untreated down bags simply cannot achieve.
Box-baffle construction eliminates cold spots, keeping outside air from reaching the interior of the Ignite DriDown 0 Degree bag. A draft tube behind the 58", two-way locking zipper, a fully-insulated draft collar and a contoured hood with an insulated hood baffle further enhance the thermal efficiency of the Ignite DriDown 0 Degree bag. The hood utilizes Kelty's patented FatMan and Ribbon drawcords, allowing you to adjust the top or lower sections of the hood by feel even when it's dark outside. A polyester taffeta liner provides internal comfort.
Other features found on the Ignite DriDown 0 Degree include sleeping pad security loops, internal liner loops and hanging loops.
The Kelty Ignite DriDown 0 Degree sleeping bag is available in Regular (fits up to 6' 0") and Long (up to 6' 6") lengths. Each Ignite DriDown 0 Degree bag includes a stuff sack.

Likes: Pretty warm and good price
Dislikes: heavier and bulkier than 20F
Likes: Great bag as advertised
Dislikes: Only comes in one color
Likes: I looked extensively at many bags before deciding on this one. I'm new to camping and did not want to spend several hundred dollars for a highend "namier" bag. I wanted dri-down but, again, didn't want to pay a huge premium. I saw various reviews and videos (especially on YouTube/ Backcountry Edge - great job all around BTW!) and focused in on this one. Kelty is a great high value/ quality company- and they proved it again here. The bag is well made, well thought out (ie the zippers and cloth surrounding it, and the hood design). The zero degree back is extremely light and feels "quality" - not flimsy and cheaply put together. Tried once in cold- works great! Great value
Dislikes: Nothing. More color options would be great. Orange wouldn't have been my first choice- but it seems to mirror the different colors or different temp theme that seems to prevail.
Likes: This sleeping bag is very warm and light weight. Very good price. Very comfortable. I would recommend this sleeping bag to a friend.
Dislikes: I did not find anything that I disliked about this sleeping bag.
