Sturdy and waterproof, the Garmont Men’s Prophet Low GTX trail shoe can tackle long, technical day hikes or even live up to the demands of ounce-counting thru-hikers or fast packers. GORE-TEX keeps feet dry and comfortable while hybrid construction offers a minimal break-in.

Garmont's ADD (Anatomically Directed Design) fit includes features that reflect the natural, asymmetrical build of the human foot and create a more comfortable fit with fewer points of contact for your shoe to rub or put pressure on your foot. This results in the Prophet Low GTX having a light and comfortable feel on your foot.

The upper is a combination of suede leather and nylon so you get a balance of stability, durability, and breathability. It also enables the shoe to break-in faster than would a traditional all-leather shoe or boot. Asymmetrical lacing really lets you dial in fit and alleviate uncomfortable pressure points that could otherwise cause hot spots or blisters.

A dual density EVA midsole works in tandem with a midfoot-stiffening frame to deliver cushioning and fatigue-reducing support. A Strobel insole and PU footbed further enhance comfort.

A Vibram Q528 rubber outsole offers aggressive traction and reliable grip on varying surfaces.
