Equipped with confident traction, ample cushioning, and lightweight but durable synthetic construction, the Oboz Women’s Sawtooth Low trail shoe is a highly-breathable option for performance-demanding hikers who prefer a low cut shoe to a boot.

The hybrid construction of Nubuck leather and high-tenacity fabrics makes the upper of the Sawtooth Low shoe extremely durable, abrasion-resistant, and breathable. A 3D molded heel counter keeps your heel securely and comfortably held in place while a wide toe box gives your foot some roominess where it’s most likely to need it.

Under foot, the shoe’s dual-density EVA foam and nylon shank provide comfortable cushioning, flexibility, and stability. A high-performance insole is a cut above what you’ll find in most boots, providing plush EVA foam under the heel and forefoot, a shock-absorbing and stability-enhancing heel cup and arch support, and moisture-wicking materials.

The rubber outsole’s aggressive, mud-shedding tread and toothy traction-enhancing side lugs team up to provide confident footing on-trail or off.

The Oboz Women’s Sawtooth Low trail shoe is available in women’s full and half sizes.

  • BFit Deluxe Insole stabilizes arches and protects high-impact zones
  • Molded Heel Counter is made for extra durability

Likes: I love the fit of this hiking/walking/trail shoe. It fits very comfortably and gives my feet the arch support needed. (I have high arches). They are cut low enough that they don't rub against the ankle bone. The style is really attractive and doesn't make feet look big. Overall love the fit, style, color, support, traction, cushioning and breathability. Basically I love EVERYTHING about the construction of this shoe. I would definitely buy again. Please don't change a thing unless you can out-do this one.

Dislikes: None

Very happy with purchase.

Likes: True to fit for size, great traction! We'll see how they hold up.
Like that they are designed in Bozeman Mt.

Dislikes: None so far.

Love the Sawtooth!

Likes: I've worn another brand for years, but was dismayed as the quality and fit continued to deteriorate. Hadn't heard of Oboz until I saw them on BCE's website. I wear an 8.5 and because I have to wear pretty normal compression-grade socks, stuck with an 8.5, which fit perfectly. I even contemplated going down to an 8, but am glad I didn't. I did not find that they ran large, as other reviewers have noted, just FYI. I wore them for 3 weeks hiking in SE Colorado and Utah, pretty much straight from the box. Had no problems and was amazed at the traction on slick rock. While hiking Arches, watched several people sliding around in other hiking shoe brands. Not in my Oboz. Now, I live in the Midwest, so we get a lot more rain, but given the recent drought, I can't speak to their performance on really wet surfaces. That will be the true test. Bought a pair for my partner and he likes his as well. (PS, was in dust and sand up to my ankles and nothing got inside the shoe itself...) Colors on both pairs very attractive, too.

Dislikes: Nothing!

Well worth every penny I paid

Likes: Buying shoes online can be kind of a gamble. After purchasing a pair of hiking shoes from another website that was not nearly as comfortable as advertised, I was reluctant to give these shoes a try, but I am so glad I did.

I have been having some issues with tendinitis and pain in my arches, so I have appreciated the highly supportive insoles. In fact, since I have been wearing these shoes (and properly stretching before and after hiking and running) I haven't experienced more than a slight bit of pain.

These shoes have excellent grip and support on a variety of surfaces. I'm about as clumsy as it gets, so if anyone is going to twist an ankle on the trail it's going to be me, but I have felt very secure in these shoes, even when running downhill over loose rocks and tree roots.

This may sound vain, but they are also really attractive shoes. I would happily wear them around town and to work, if I could get away with it (I have to stand pretty much all day, so a comfortable pair of shoes like these would be most welcome).

Dislikes: This isn't so much a dislike, but a word of advice: I was quite glad I went up a half-size to an 8.5, because the 8 probably would have been too small to wear with hiking socks.
