- Best Backpacking Pillow
Likes: Very comfortable pillow. It compresses down small enough to fit in my pack without taking up too much space. I'm a side sleeper and I got some of the best sleep with this pillow and I've tried a few others.
Dislikes: Not as compressible as pillows with no cushion but it's way more comfortable. When you're out in the wild a good night's sleep is worth those 4 ounces. It slides a little bit when it hits my shoulder but not as much as other pillows I've tried. I also did not like the valve because it releases air unless you close it right away. It is not a true one-way valve, and I prefer that one-way valves that release with the touch a button or twist.
- Lightweight luxury
Likes: Packs down small and very lightweight, it's a luxury item you don't have to feel guilty for carrying. The built in stuff sack is ingenious and works great. The top side is plush and comfortable. Feels durable and well-made.
Dislikes: Like most inflatable pillows, it's slippery and wants to move around a lot. The first time I used it, it was a warm-ish night, so it wasn't pulled in tight in my bag. Had to play with the inflation level to get a comfortable setup, not a big deal.
- A luxury pillow for those who need one for decent sleep
Likes: Great for side sleepers when stuffed with clothing, creates a very large pillow. Material is soft and comfortable to sleep on. Not noisy like some other pillows.
Dislikes: Heavy compared to basic inflatable pillows. Bulky in pack.
- A Real Pillow!
Likes: This is unlike most of the brands. Yes, it inflates. But it is shaped like your real pillow on your bed. Its cover is a suede-like and feels great. Inflate it just a little and it's perfect ! The stuff sack is attached and folds nicely under the cover.
Dislikes: Not as light and small as others, but in my mind, worth the extra weight which around 10 oz
- Great Pillow
Likes: Like the fact that it has a soft side to it and you do not hear any plastic cracking. Used it the Current River in MO with the Katy Canoe & Kayak Club, worked better than any other pillow I've used, Highly Recommend
Dislikes: A little hard to stuff it back into the bag
- Perfectly reasonable
Likes: Packed fairly small, is easy to inflate and adjust. 1-2 breaths was plenty. Foam was reasonably comfortable.
Dislikes: Wound up propping it on top of a cheaper pillow when sleeping on my side. I have extremely broad shoulders so probably not an issue for everyone.
Likes: Low weight, compact, very comfortable
Dislikes: Difficult to inflate
- Nice pillow
Likes: Comfortable and washable
Dislikes: Makes a bit of noise when moving around on my sleeping pad but not too much.
