Deuter packs provide durability and carrying comfort for backcountry pursuits and the Giga daypack borrows those same qualities while offering functional features for commuter and everyday use.
Deuter’s Airstripes back system uses columns of ventilated padding to deliver comfortable support while also creating a “chimney” that effectively allows warm air to escape. Padded shoulder straps and an adjustable and detachable webbed waistbelt aid in load control and enhance fit. An elastic sternum strap further enables you to fine-tune fit.
The panel-loading 28 liter-capacity pack body is divided into two sections. The large main compartment has tons of space and has an integrated document pocket. A second padded compartment is designed to safely carry up to 15.6” laptops. There’s also a large front pocket with internal organizational features. Other features include a small valuable pocket, stretch side pockets, and a detachable key holder.

Real Customer Reviews
- Good pack
Likes: Sternum strap, waist strap, ease of use. It's a minimalist backpack that I feel works for me in university. I can separate my documents from my binder or books for classes from my laptop in the different compartments, and that is good for me. Most of all I love the dual airstripes that sit on the back and make my load feel lighter. I can go for extended periods of time without thinking it's getting heavier.
Dislikes: The front pouch for smaller objects does have a disproportionate zipper - one side goes all of the way down and the other end is up too high. I would want the whole pouch to open all of the way, and it seems honest but I like to have more room to place my stuff in there when I open it.
There's no slit for headphones if I wanna place my mp3 player in my pack and listen to tunes when I'm walking.
