Real Customer Reviews
- Great, thick pair of socks
Likes: Thick and warm socks
Dislikes: Not as soft as some other socks
- Durable and Comfortable
Likes: Used these on a weekend backpacking trip in The Ouachitas Temps were in the high 90's and very humid Socks performed better than I expected. No residual odor, great temp regulation, great moisture management, stay up perfectly, and very comfy. I washed them in a normal wash cycle and air dry. Otherwise no special care. They don't lose their shape, stretch out, stink, or anything else.
Dislikes: A bit pricey but well worth the cost
- GREAT socks!!
Likes: Fit was perfect from the chart provided. This are a great midweight sock and one that I will be using for a long time. VERY comfortable on a recent trip. So happy with them I've purchased 2 more pairs...will probably get more. They seem like they will last a very long time. Can't believe the lifetime guarantee because all socks will wear out. By the time they do, I may forget about the guarantee.
- Will be buying more
Likes: Haven't had a chance to hike in these things yet, but have had very long days walkimg around town with them and they are amazing when compared to regular cotton and polyester blend socks. I no longer feel like i have to rip off my boots and let my feet breath through out the day.
Dislikes: Expensive, but i guess I can't complain to much with the awesome guarantee that darn tough offers.

Likes: these socks are the best, they are comfortable and last forever
Dislikes: tends to shrink a little when first washed, size up a bit
- Great socks
Likes: These are really well built and tough socks living up to their name. The construction quality is excellent and I can see why Darn Tough stand behind their products. Usable all year around in a variety of temperatures.
- Great Socks
Likes: These socks are great. You can't beat wool for hiking socks. Everyone seems to say that the Darn Tough socks are excellent and so far I would agree. I like how the bottom is thicker and the top is thinner. Puts more material where you need it and leaves material out where you don't need it.
Dislikes: Nothing to dislike.
