The Women’s Fore Runner Evo utilizes a forefoot shock absorption plate that distributes pressure while protecting the bottom of the foot, and a multi-density, sticky rubber outsole provides 360-degree traction on wet or dry surfaces. With a 20mm heel and 16mm forefoot, the Women’s Fore Runner Evo has a 4mm drop.
