Using welded technology and synthetic fill, the Mountain Hardwear UltraLamina 15 Degree sleeping bag provides warmth and comfort for 3-season backpacking and camping. A streamlined mummy cut and a 3/4-length zipper add thermal efficiency and ensure a comfortable night of sleep.
The UltraLamina 15 Degree is insulated with compressible, durable Thermal.Q synthetic fill. Though still not as compressible as natural down fill, breathable and fast-drying Thermal.Q, unlike down fill, is water-resistant and continues to provide warmth even when wet. This is particularly important if you'll be backpacking or camping in wet weather or humid climates.
Unlike traditional stitched baffles, the horizontal baffles of the UltraLamina 15 Degree bag are welded to the shell and liner. While ensuring that the Thermal.Q fill is distributed evenly throughout the UltraLamina 15 Degree, these baffles also eliminate the pinching that can happen to fill during stitching. The welded construction helps to improve the overall loft of the Thermal.Q fill and increase the lifespan of the insulation.
An insulated, contoured hood with a face gasket helps reduce heat loss and keeps your head warm and comfortable while locking heat inside the UltraLamina 15 Degree and preventing cold air from creeping into the interior of the bag. Enhancing comfort and warmth, Mountain Hardwear's patented Comfort Footbox creates an ergonomic, insulated space for your feet.
The Mountain Hardwear UltraLamina 15 Degree sleeping bag is available in Regular (fits to 6' 6") and Long (fits to 7' 0") lengths. Each UltraLamina 15 Degree sleeping bag includes a stuff sack and a storage bag.
