Details

The semi-rectangular Kelty Coromell 40 Degree sleeping bag is extremely roomy, unzips entirely for use as a blanket and, thanks to its compressible down fill, it packs down small to take up as little space as possible in your backpack.

The Coromell 40 Degree sleeping bag is insulated with 550-fill power down. Down has a soft, comfortable feel and continues to be the insulation with the best warmth-to-weight ratio. The feathers and fibers are renowned for containing body heat and are very easily compressed, taking up less space in your pack. The one downfall to this insulation is that it loses much of its ability to maintain warmth when it gets wet. The Coromell 40 Degree bag employs a nylon ripstop shell and a polyester microfiber liner provides internal comfort.

A draft tube behind the two-way locking zipper further enhances the thermal efficiency of the Coromell 40 Degree bag. The full-length zipper also allows you to unzip the bag completely for use as a blanket. NOTE: The Coromell 40 Degree bag does not include a hood. Other features found on the Coromell 40 Degree bag include sleeping pad security loops, internal liner loops and hanging loops.

The Kelty Coromell 40 Degree sleeping bag is available in Regular (fits up to 6' 0") and Long (up to 6' 6") lengths. A stuff sack is included.

Likes: The rating is for customer service because I haven't received shipment yet. I ordered a different bag at first and it was way too bulky. Customer service was very helpful with exchanges and better suggestions for me to try out. Thanks !!

Likes: Packs small, lightweight, I'm 6'1" 230 and the long fit me well. First night I was confortable in 25 degrees with fleece pants/top and a wool military blanket. 2nd night I opened up an old synthetic bag and laid it on top as it was 18 degrees. Comfortable again.
