Black Diamond Women’s Trail Ergo Cork trekking poles offer innovative features rarely found on poles sold at this price. Easy-to-adjust external locks, ergonomic cork grips, and aluminum construction combine to make these poles a great value.

Far easier to adjust than the internal locking mechanisms used by many telescoping poles, Black Diamond FlickLocks couldn’t be much simpler. Even if you're wearing gloves, it's a cinch to open the lock with a flip of your finger, slide the pole section to the required length, and tap the lock back into place. Once you've used FlickLocks, you'll wonder why anyone would ever want to wrestle with temperamental internal mechanisms.

Ergonomic cork grips provide contoured and comfortable handholds and additional lengths of foam padding extend far down the upper pole sections, allowing you to adjust where you grasp the poles without having to shorten or extend the poles each time you encounter a steep slope. Padded, adjustable webbing straps help to reduce stress on your wrists.

Press-fit Flex Tech Tips have integrated low-profile trekking baskets that provide backcountry traction.

Sold in pairs, Black Diamond Women’s Trail Ergo Cork trekking poles offer a usable adjustment range of 26”-49" and together weigh 16 ounces.

  • Women’s-specific, adjustable strap, padded for comfort
  • Natural cork grip wicks away sweat
  • 15-degree corrective angle for optimal grip position
  • Non-slip foam grip extension
  • Double FlickLock
  • Interchangeable carbide Tech Tips
  • Includes low profile trekking baskets and powder baskets

Light and Durable!
Reviewed by Kelsey M. - September 3, 2018

Likes: I LOVE these poles! They NEVER slip, are light, durable, great color, and the angled handle is super comfortable.

Dislikes: none

Easy on the wrists
Reviewed by Lynnette - August 28, 2018

Likes: Easy to adjust. They feel quite sturdy. The cork is comfortable on the hand. Great color. Most important for me, they let my wrists be at a more natural angle. Oh, you can also adjust your grip with ease depending on the kind on terrain or incline (as shown on the Back Country Edge product video).

Dislikes: It would be VERY nice if they came with the rubber tips instead of having to buy separate.
Wish the color ran the full length on the pole. Really not a big deal.

Sturdy, lightweight, beautiful color
Reviewed by Peregrino - August 9, 2018

Likes: I confess, I bought these primarily for the beautiful teal aluminum— and they do not disappoint! I’ve used these on several day hikes, mostly gravel or paved road (with the Black Diamond rubber caps) with a full 36L pack. REALLY helps take the pressure off my knees and hips. Hiking up and down hill is still strenuous, but My joints aren’t hurting the next day like they used to.

Dislikes: Wish they came with the advanced metal flick lock. These are plastic.

really nice poles

Likes: purchased these for my girlfriend who has knees issues on steep descents. these poles are very sturdy and have completely eliminated her knee pain. Easy to adjust and comfortable grips

Dislikes: none

Fantastic and stable
Reviewed by Sarah S. - May 26, 2018

Likes: Got these just in time to try out a difficult hike to a waterfall up rocky switchbacks covered in loose scree. (Elevation gain approx 1585 over about 3 miles) They helped a lot going up, but even more so down. I’m a bigger lady and these still offered all the support I needed doing the difficult portions of this trail.

Dislikes: Nothing yet.
