Details

The versatile, lightweight Black Diamond Voyager has a hybrid design that allows it to function as both a lantern and a flashlight. Hang the Voyager overhead for ambient lighting in your tent or at the campground and pull it down for quick trips away from camp for firewood or bathroom breaks.

Working in tandem with dual reflectors and a frosted globe, the 1-Watt bulb provides maximum light output (75 lumens) in lantern mode without causing glare. An integrated dimming switch allows for quick and easy brightness adjustability. Slide the housing of the Voyager and convert it to a 50 lumen flashlight. Operated by 4 AA alkaline batteries (not included), the Voyager offers 100 hours of burn time.

When collapsed, the Voyager is a compact 4.2 inches in length. At full extension, it stands at a height of 6.25 inches, increasing the disbursement of light. An integrated double-hook hang loop makes it easy to suspend the Voyager from the ceiling of your tent or above your campsite.

The Black Diamond Voyager lantern/flashlight is available in your choice of colors.

  • 1 DoublePower LED with 75 lumens (max setting) is enclosed in a frosted globe for bright, ambient light in lantern mode
  • 1 DoublePower LED with 50 lumens in the bottom provides a precise beam in flashlight mode
  • Dual reflector system captures and maximizes light output (lantern mode)
  • Lantern, flashlight and dual (lantern and flashlight on) modes, as well as dimming, operate from one switch
  • Extended height of 6.25 inches; collapses to 4.2 inches
  • Collapsible double-hook hang loop

Light weight and bright

Likes: This lantern is great! It's small, light weight, and produces great light. I love that it compresses to be slightly smaller for packability.

Dislikes: None so far.

Great lantern

Likes: Compact, light weight, dimmable. Remembers the last mode you used it in. In the pitch black of night a little light goes a long way.

What a great light! We use it for power failures at our cabin in W. MT. The lantern is amazingly bright plus the bonus of a flashlight when needed

Likes: Light and bright. It does have some learning curve interns of remembering the buttons pushing sequence, but love the choices of dimming etc. It also has standby mode so your battery doesn't go completely wasted. Sometimes my daughter use it a home to use as a reading lamp!

Dislikes: Not use to the headband.. we're girls and sometimes our vanity gets in our way LOL
