Real Customer Reviews
- Great Value
Likes: The Black Diamond Cosmo has all the features we needed for a good price. We got these for our kids and the Spot (brighter) for ourselves, so it was one learning curve for the features on everyone's lamps. Comfortable headband.
- Simple Headlamp
Likes: It simply gets the job done. Don't need to recharge, and is pretty bright.
Dislikes: If I want to get picky it could be lighter
- Great Waterproof Headlamp
Likes: Very happy with the brightness of this headlamp which I use for backpacking and night climbing.
- Economical and practical headlamp
Likes: Red light mode; adjustable head strap; adjustable light output; uses AAA batteries; optimistic about using it as an "Emergency Go Bag" light for my car.
Dislikes: Uses AAA batteries versus lithium ion cell. I'm a bit confused by the claim for waterproof construction, since when I open up the port for the batteries, I don't see any o-rings that would seal the device and keep water/moisture out? But, maybe I'm overlooking it.
- Bright Light for a Great Price
Likes: Bright with intensity adjustments.
Waterproof for kayaking.
- Good little light
Likes: Lightweight, good amount of lumens, comfortable to wear.
Dislikes: With the lower lumen and less distance that the light projects, when it gets foggy, the headlamp's light projecton is very poor. The Storm and Spot are better in these situations. I returned mine to exchange for the Spot.
