A hybrid-construction alternative to the classic TPS 520 full-grain leather boot, the Asolo Men’s TPS Equalon GV EVO backpacking boot balances support and protection, weight, and flexibility. A GORE-TEX lining provides waterproof breathable performance for extended backpacking trips, light alpine trekking, and rugged backcountry travels.
A combination of water-resistant suede and high-tenacity nylon give the boot reliable durability, structural support, and flexibility and pliability that enhance comfort and allow for a shorter break-in period than a traditional all-leather boot. It also enables it to weigh in at less than 4 pounds per pair. An AsoFlex lasting board supports your foot under the all-day strain of a heavy pack and Asolo's Triple Power Structure technology incorporates three shock absorbers that correspond to high impact areas of the foot. A dual density Polyurethane and Vibram rubber outsole ensure durability and traction on a variety of surfaces.
Sold in pairs, the Asolo Men’s TPS Equalon GV EVO boot is available in men's full and half sizes.

Real Customer Reviews
- Made for my foot
Likes: Been a fan of Asolo for many years. I had had 2 other pairs of the TPS520's in the past but, decided to go a slightly different route this time. This boot fits my foot like it was designed to fit it. Size is true to my foot but, some might not like the narrow fit. I have not used them out on the trail but, have worn the for few long days working inside and outside of my house. They have needed little break in time for me. I am really looking forward to get them out on the trail. I hope to do another review in about 3 weeks after my backpacking trip. These boots are a solid option to the all leather 520's.
Dislikes: My only negative is the insole. I have a high arch and the insole that comes with these just does not give me the support that my feet need. But, this is just minor issue for me because I wear a certain type of insole for all of my shoes and boots.
