Lightweight construction, performance-enhancing flexibility and maximum traction make the adidas Outdoor Men’s AX 2 Mid GTX mid-cut mountain sport boot a great option for fast-packing or day hikes. A GORE-TEX performance comfort membrane keeps your feet dry on wet, muddy trails and the supportive, synthetic upper increases durability.
Weighing roughly 12 ounces per shoe, the Men’s AX 2 Mid GTX utilizes adidas Outdoor’s AdiPRENE foam cushioning for forefoot propulsion and efficiency. The midsole is a lightweight EVA that provides long term cushioning. A hinged heel design with a super high traction rubber outsole offers shock absorption during heel strike and provides optimal grip in wet conditions.
A molded sockliner enhances fit and comfort and helps to keep your foot cool. The above-the-ankle cut of the Men’s AX 2 Mid GTX uses synthetic construction to enhance comfort while providing stability.
Sold in pairs, the adidas Outdoor Men’s AX 2 Mid GTX mountain sport boot is available in men's full and half sizes.

Likes: These boots are great! They're super comfortable on the trail. The grippy rubber on the sole is perfect for traversing rocky surfaces even when they're wet. They are made of a nice and lightweight material so you barely notice them unlike traditional heavy hiking boots. My girlfriend wants a pair of the women's version now!
Dislikes: I have no complaints about these boots. Perhaps more colors would be nice but other than that, I love them!
