Durable leather construction and Vasque’s Perpetuum last design make the Mantra trail shoe sturdy and agile on long day hikes, ultra light backpacking trips or daily multi-sport activities. The fabric and leather construction of the Mantra offers a comfortable fit with little to no break-in needed and breathes well in warmer weather. Under foot you’ll find a thick layer of EVA rubber to help cushion your foot and the Vibram Ananasi outsole grips rocky surfaces while a heel edge provides traction on steep descents. The Mantra does not have a gusseted tongue which allows for a rather large opening, entry. It also has a wider toe box that accommodates broader feet.
