This is Snow Peak’s Litemax stove. It’s an ultralight model from them that weighs 1.9 ounces. It is made from a combination of titanium and stainless steel which makes it ultralight as well as extremely durable. The Litemax stove is a canister stove, which is one of the reasons it’s so lightweight, and it can easily be screwed on to the top of a canister and this creates a nice stable base for cooking on. This lightweight and compact design make this stove perfect for backpackers and even folks who are just looking to go out for the day on winter hike and want to pull this out and make a quick cup of soup or a hot beverage. This tiny and simple design make it easy to take this stove a lot of places. Since the Litemax stove is a canister stove, it’s not going to the best option for really cold temperatures but it is fairly efficient down to around 17 degrees Fahrenheit and it typically puts out about 11,000 BTU’s of heat so it’s a very fast boiling, hot burning stove and in good conditions can boil a liter of water in about 4 minutes. The Snow Peak Litemax comes with a carrying bag and this stove does pack up quite small, let take a look at that. These feet on the top here fold in which makes the burner area a bit tighter and then they do fold together which makes it even smaller. Now, the flame adjustment, which is here on the side, is going to fold in as well and now you have this tiny, compact little stove that will stuff into the little bag. This stove can easily fit into a wide variety of pots or cups and will defiantly fit inside Snow peak titanium 600 along with one of their small fuel canisters.
