Hi, and welcome to Backcountry Edge. I'm Liz and I'd like to introduce you to Marmot sleeping bags. This is the women's Helium and it is rated to fifteen degrees so It' s going to be a great bag for three-season use but even a little bit into four seasons as far as late winter and early spring. If you are a backpacker, climber or trekker and you are real concerned about weight but you need a warm bag this is a bag that your really going to want to think about. One of the nice features of this bag is the baffling design. It has a full-baffle construction which means where you see these seams, they don't go through to the inside. It's an open baffle so there's no cold spots. They also use a Thermopane construction in the foot box which means there is a double layer of baffles so you have some added warmth there as well. The hood on this bag is a six chambered Nautilus hood that gives you a real snug, custom fit. To keep help keep the weight down on the bag they put a single draw cord that cinches in really nice around the face. It has a no-snag zipper that's easy to operate especially with one hand. When we open the bag up you'll see a thick draft tube here and again around the face. Marmot uses an 850+ fill European goose down in this bag which is going to make it a great option for anyone who is looking for great warmth-to-weight ratio or is concerned about compressibility and space. This bag does come with a storage sack and a stuff sack.
