Product Highlights

The lightweight, waterproof Vasque Breeze GTX Women's boot is suitable for any length day hike on maintained trails in easy-to-moderate terrain. A full GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Range (XCR) bootie keeps feet dry and Airmesh nylon fabric and leather construction offer a comfortable fit with little to no break in required.

Weighing roughly 2 pounds and 6 ounces per pair, the Breeze GTX Women's boot has a light and comfortable feel on your foot. The top of the boot is soft and pliable enough to snug the Breeze GTX Women's boot tight around your ankle or offer gentle cushioning if you need some support but are not fond of a boot hugging your ankle.

Under foot you'll find a TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) plate to protect the bottom of your foot from the impact of roots and rocks as well as a thick layer of EVA rubber to help cushion your foot on long hikes. Vasque uses their Arc Tempo last to create an athletic fit that promotes agility over technical terrain. The asymmetrical curve offers a good fit for people with higher arches and also places your foot in a more powerful position during toe off. A tapered toe box offers adequate room without wasted space and the medium volume heel fits a wide range of shapes. The outsole of the Breeze GTX Women's boot is a Vasque exclusive called Vibram Contact which features aggressive, high-traction lugs at the heel and toe areas. A prominent heel edge provides better traction on steep descents. A speed lacing system at the ankle of this boot allows for quick lacing and fit adjustments.

Sold in pairs, the Vasque Breeze GTX Women's hiking boot is available in full and half sizes. To keep the leather on this boot in good shape and to prevent water absorption in the upper for the life of the boot you should apply a fabric and leather conditioner as well as a waterproofing treatment (both sold separately).

Styles available: Size 7.5 Olive/Sage, Size 8.0 Olive/Sage, Size 9.0 Olive/Sage

Likes: This boot is very comfortable. I've had problems with my ankle in the past and this boot keeps my foot and ankle stable and supported. I love the durable Vibram sole and waterproof Gore-Tex that keeps my feet dry. Overall this is an awesome boot!

Dislikes: The boot is a little heavy on the foot after extended periods of hiking.
