New for 2008! The innovative, internally-housed UK Vizion eLED headlamp offers multiple beam patterns, adjustable lighting angles and waterproof construction. Intuitive design provides the Vizion eLED with easy-to-use performance.
Producing a maximum brightness of 25 Lumens, the Vizion eLED's bulb casts a beam of up to 305 feet. High and low power settings allow you to choose between maximum brightness and optimal efficiency. A built-in rotating adjustment enables you to aim the Vizion eLED beam wherever you need it. An integrated selection knob allows you to choose between Spot, Diffuse and Red Diffuse beam patterns without the fuss of physically swapping out lenses. The Red Diffuse beam is especially helpful in providing illumination without negatively impacting your night vision.
The ground-breaking Vizion eLED tucks the lamp module inside a rugged exterior housing. This design makes the Vizion eLED extremely durable and contributes to the headlamp's waterproof performance at a depth of up to 33 feet (10 meters). Adding to the Vizion eLED's versatility, the entire module can be removed from its housing and used as a freestanding camping lamp.
Powered by three AAA Alkaline batteries (included), the Vizion eLED weighs a mere 3.5 ounces. You can reduce the weight of the Vizion eLED further by replacing the Alkaline batteries with three AAA Lithium batteries (sold separately). A unique energy-conserving design improves burn time and winter performance by transferring heat back to the batteries. The maximum burn time for the Vizion eLED is 150 hours!
The UK Vizion eLED headlamp is available in your choice of colors. Each Vizion eLED includes an adjustable, elastic headband.
