Offering mobility support and increasing balance, the 2-section telescoping Tracks Sherlock Staff rescues your knees and ankles from the impact of hiking and walking. Weighing 16.5 oz., the Sherlock Staff offers an adjustable length of 42.5-57.5 inches and, when not in use, collapses to 34.5 inches for convenient travel and storage.

Made of anodized aluminum, the Sherlock Staff is strong and durable. An integrated push-button mechanism allows the length of the staff to be adjusted in increments of 1.25 inches. This design makes adjustment easy and provides a secure lock that ensures the Sherlock Staff remains at the length you've chosen. The upper portion of the staff is encased in a foam sheath that protects the adjustment holes from debris and moisture and keeps the Sherlock Staff working efficiently. A removable rubber foot offers a sturdy base for on-trail hiking, indoor use or walking on improved surfaces.

Contoured foam material provides the Sherlock Staff with a comfortable, secure grip. A woven strap reduces stress on your wrists by helping to absorb impact. A sturdy, attractive wooden knob at the top of the Sherlock Staff can be removed to reveal an integrated, threaded camera mount. The Sherlock Staff's functionality as a camera monopod is further enhanced by the steel spike tip hidden beneath the rubber walking foot. This spike can be driven into the ground to increase the stability of the Sherlock Staff and provide the balance needed to take great photos!
