    Likes: I've found that when I'm cold nothing warms me up like down or wool. I use wool socks and a wool cap for warmth. I'm adding this for core warmth for little weight. The new fabrics are great but wool is tried and tested.

    Dislikes: A tad itchy. A tad tight. The longer I wear it the less I notice the itchiness and as a base layer you want it to be a close fit. I need to lose a few pounds anyway.
