Our Policy

If within 60 days of purchase, any product you buy from Backcountry Edge fails to meet your expectations, or you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return the product to us for a full refund or exchange.

If your original product order amount (before shipping charges) was greater than $50, and the order shipped to a destination within the lower 48 states, your return qualifies for FREE RETURN SHIPPING.

For product orders less than $50, or for orders shipped to destinations outside the lower 48 states, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How It Works

Free Returns: We enclose a prepaid return label with all orders over $50. Simply affix this label to your carton and ship the product back to us. If you did not receive a label or you need another label, you can request a return label by emailing us at returns@backcountryedge.com. Please be sure to include your name, original order number, purchase date and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.

Customer Paid Returns: Package the item(s) you wish to return, and ship prepaid to:

Write your original order number on the outside of the box, and include a note inside the box with your name, original order number, purchase date and your telephone number.

Be sure to insure your shipment for the full value of the item(s).

Refunds: After we receive your return, we will promptly (within 3 business days) credit your account for the full purchase price of the product(s) including standard outbound shipping charges, if any. Sorry, but expedited shipping charges are not refundable. The refund will be issued to the credit card account used for the purchase, or if you prefer, in the form of a Backcountry Edge gift certificate.
 
*Free returns offer applies only to orders where the original product order amount (before shipping charges) was greater than $50 and the order was shipped to a destination within the lower 48 states. Sorry, but the free returns offer does not apply to orders less than $50 or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.
