New for 2010! Spacious and full of features, the Sierra Designs Zolo 1 backpacking tent delivers plenty of room without skimping on performance. A freestanding, 3-season tent, the Zolo 1 provides comfort and confidence for solo backpackers.

The Zolo 1 offers over 21 square feet of usable interior space. Measuring 96 x 34”, the Zolo 1 is roomier than many comparable 1-person backpacking tents. A large vestibule provides 9 square feet of exterior sheltered space for storing gear.

The Zolo 1's DAC Featherlite NSL aluminum poles offer sturdy, freestanding support without adding much weight to your pack. A hubbed design allows the dual poles to work as a single unit and lightweight, innovative clips make set up fast and efficient. An additional brow pole improves livability by maintaining the tent’s 40” peak height over a greater area.

Extensive mesh on the tent body provides excellent ventilation and allows air to circulate through the Zolo 1. The vestibule door can be tied back and the large interior door can be zipped open and stashed within an interior pocket to provide increased ventilation on balmy days.

Environmentally-friendly PVC-free seam tape protects the interior of the Zolo 1 from moisture and precipitation. The patented SuperSeal Floor features raised, taped perimeter seams to provide a tight pitch and a waterproof guarantee.

A custom-fit footprint (sold separately) is available to further protect the floor of your Zolo 1 from mud, ground water and sharp objects such as rocks and pine needles.
