Utilizing an equilateral triangle design, the five-sided Sierra Designs Origami 2 is an adaptable, lightweight tarp designed to further protect your tent and campsite or serve as an independent 3-season sleeping shelter. Multiple guy-out points and the DAC Press Fit aluminum pole that comes with the tarp allow you to change the configuration of the Origami 2 to best serve your needs.

At only 2 lb. 8 oz. the Origami 2 Ultralight provides 52 sq. ft. of protected coverage, so there's plenty of room for 2 plus gear.

The DAC Press Fit aluminum pole enables the Origami 2 to be pitched as a minamilist tent. In this configuration, an integrated zipper allows one panel of the Origami 2 to serve as a door. The lower the tarp is pitched, the broader the sheltered space becomes.

Constructed of a polyurethane/silicone-coated rip stop nylon, the Origami 2 lessens the impact of wind and rain without taking up the pack space or adding the weight of a full-fledged tent.
