Product Highlights

The rugged 5 foot long Ruff Wear Knot-a-Leash borrows its design from the world of climbing. A carabiner provides a secure fastening point for your dog's collar and the heavy-duty rope is durable, sturdy and strong. Luminescent highlights in the fabric add a measure of visibility and security.

A soft nylon handle protects your hand and offers a firm grip. An additional loop sewn below the handle provides a storage space for pick-up bags or other accessories.

The Ruff Wear Knot-a-Leash is available in Small (rope thickness of 7mm) or Large (10mm) sizes and your choice of colors.

Likes: The leash is a great product. I has reflective material sewn into the pattern so it won't peel off. The leash is the thicker one of the two and is durable and strong enough to walk both of my dogs, a Shiba and Lhasa/Shih-Tzu mix. The d-ring is a screw-type and won't come off on its own.

Dislikes: I recommend it, but you need to be aware of a few things. First, the leash 5' long and the dog end of the leash has a screw-type d-ring that does not swivel. I don't use it as a daily leash for these reasons. Five feet is rather long. The no-swivel aspect can be a pain if your dog tends to twist the leash. Think of a twisting hose or cable and that is what you get. No big deal if your dog is trained, but you should be aware of this.
