The eight ounce Rab Women’s Kinetic Jacket is ideal for ounce-counting backpackers, alpine climbers and multi-sport enthusiasts seeking a lightweight and packable shell that offers waterproof/breathable protection without compromising durability or performance.

Made from a Pertex Shield+ 2.5 layer fabric that feels soft and light, the Women’s Kinetic Jacket offers a high level of wind and water protection with excellent breathability for fast moving outdoor athletes.

Despite its lightweight, streamlined, women-specific design, the Women's Kinetic Jacket incorporates a number of features, including Velcro cuff closures and a half hem drawcord to seal out wet and windy weather, Aquaguard front zipper with double internal storm flaps for serious weather protection, and a helmet-compatible hood with volume adjustments. The hood can also be rolled down and secured from windy gusts when it’s not needed via Rab’s kitty clip roll down system. Two mesh-lined pockets can stow a pair of liner gloves or headlamp, and the mesh backing doubles as venting when the pockets are left unzipped. The left pocket doubles as a stuff sack to store the Women’s Kinetic Jacket when the weather is clear.
