An economic choice for camping, backpacking and everyday lighting, the Petzl Tikkina 2 offers surprising performance at an affordable price. The Tikkina 2 boasts 2 lighting modes and easy-to-use operation.

A large electronic push-button makes the Tikkina 2 ultra easy to operate. The two LED bulbs produce a maximum brightness of 23 Lumens, sufficient to cast light over 75 feet. A second economic setting decreases the length of the beam, but increases burn time from 55 to 190 hours. A hinge on the housing of the lamp enables you to aim the beam where you need it most.

The Tikkina 2 is powered by three Alkaline AAA batteries (included). With batteries, the Tikkina 2 weighs just 2.82 ounces.

Water-resistant and suitable for all-weather use, the Petzl Tikkina 2 includes a comfortable, adjustable elastic headband and is available in your choice of colors.

    Likes: After a full season of use and some "at home" use this light has proven to be an excellent value. Battery use is as advertised and I have not replaced the originals yet. I particularly like the two intensity levels. Very good light at an excellent price.

    Dislikes: Not sure the high beam illuminates as far as claimed...

    Likes: This light has proven to be exactly like it's product description claims! Recently had to use it during a power outage at the house; after two days of use there was no indication that it was even close to being short of battery life. It is comfortable to ware and provides very good lighting.

    Likes: This is a great little headlight I got for my wife. She though mine was dorky until she tried it, then I thought I had lost mine for good! She loves this one though. It is light and bright. Provides good light for night activities while not being to bright to read in the tent by.

    Dislikes: You do get what you pay for, it is not the most powerful light out there but it is light and inexpensive.

    Likes: I bought this as a gift, and the person liked it. The battery life is great. It is a good, basic light.

    Dislikes: It lacks advanced features, but that is fine for this price range.
