Updated for 2009! Perfectly suited for emergency use or as a back-up lighting source, the innovative Petzl e+Lite is as small as a fifty cent piece and weighs less than an ounce! An array of settings and an integrated safety whistle combine to make the compact e+Lite a valuable addition to every backpack, glove box and emergency preparedness kit.

A user-friendly radial switch allows you to select from the e+Lite's multiple settings. Three white LED bulbs produce a maximum brightness of 16 Lumens, sufficient to cast light up to 62 feet. An additional setting allows you to reduce the length of the beam to 36 feet, increasing efficiency and burn time in the process. The e+Lite can also be set to utilize a single red LED bulb to helps preserve night vision. White and red strobe settings round out the e+Lite's offerings.

An elastic band enables the e+Lite to be worn directly on your head or slid over a helmet or hat. The band is adjustable, so the e+Lite can even be worn around your wrist or neck. An integrated clip attachment can be used when the band is removed, allowing you to mount the e+Lite on a belt or shoulder strap.

The Petzl e+Lite is powered by a single CR2032 lithium battery (included) that can be stored for up to 10 years and still be functional. A compact protective case is included with purchase. A long-range safety whistle is integrated into the attachment strap and includes SOS Morse code illustrations for emergency situations.
