This year-round shell can shed rain, sleet and snow without a problem and under arm pit zips with laminated, water-tight zippers provide increased ventilation on sweaty uphill climbs. The Super Cell Jacket's lightweight fabrication and simplified design streamline operation of the helmet-compatible, 2-way adjustable hood with laminated visor for good visibility in poor conditions.
The Touch Point System embeds cord locks in the hood and hem for quick adjustments without extra cord flapping around or snagging. Full reach, underarm gusseted panels allow for a full range of motion through the arms and shoulders without pulling the jacket above the waist. Strategically placed pockets, with slim laminated zippers help reduce bulk and do not interfere with access to pack straps or a climbing harness. A micro-fleece collar lines the back of the neck and a wind flap offers added comfort while low-profile gusset cuffs can be fitted close to the wrist to seal out water and wind.
