Product Highlights

Ready to tackle extreme cold weather conditions, the EW Merino Hiking Mid Socks are Patagonia’s warmest offering and deliver durability, warmth and comfort for mountaineering and cold weather expeditions.

These super-warm, expedition weight socks feature a terry-loop construction throughout the interior and a toasty blend of merino wool and nylon to keep feet warm in flash-freeze temperatures. The looped Lintoe construction creates a small, flat seam for maximum toe comfort inside mountaineering boots and the tall, rib-knit shaft holds the socks in place without binding or sloughing. Incredibly durable, they have excellent stretch and recovery that will last for multiple seasons. A mid-calf cut protects your lower legs from big boots.

Sold in pairs, the Patagonia EW Merino Hiking Mid Socks are available in a variety of sizes. NOTE: Due to the super thick construction of these socks they may not fit inside standard hiking or backpacking boots. The full contents of the EW Merino Hiking Mid Sock are 72% merino wool, 23% nylon, 4% polyester and 1% spandex.
