Product Highlights
A recipient of the Backpacker Magazine Editor's Choice Green 2007 Award and Outdoor Magazine's Green Gear of the Year Award, the Pacific Outdoor Equipment Eco Thermo 6 is the first sleeping pad to be made entirely of renewable materials. In addition to being an environmentally-friendly alternative to a traditional pad, the Eco Thermo 6 offers reliable performance for 3-season backpacking.
The exterior of the Eco Thermo 6 is made of surprisingly durable bamboo fabrics. Six integrated, inflatable tubes provide 2.5 inches of cushioning for a comfortable night's sleep. Insulated bamboo-based fiber fill, in the interior of the Eco Thermo 6, increases its functionality to 3-seasons. Unlike many other sleeping pads on the market, the Eco Thermo 6 does not utilize any chemical-based dyes and even the aluminum valve is made of recycled materials. Further demonstrating its commitment to sustainability, Pacific Outdoor Equipment purchases renewable wind and solar power to offset the consumption in the manufacturing and shipping of the Eco Thermo 6.
Measuring 20" x 72" x 2.5", the Eco Thermo 6 has a streamlined, weight-saving mummy cut and packs down small to take up as little space as possible in your pack. When un-inflated, the Eco Thermo 6 weighs just 25 oz.
Each Pacific Outdoor Equipment Eco Thermo 6 sleeping pad includes a stuff sack and a field repair kit.
