Renowned for their compressible properties and efficiency in providing insulation, the feathers and fibers of down have an incredibly soft, comfortable feel and continue to provide the best warmth-to-weight ratio of any insulation available. Due to the high loft and compressibility of down, the Transcendant Sweater can be packed into its own pocket and easily stowed in a pack.
A storm flap behind the front zipper, stretch binding cuffs, adjustable drawcord hem and highly wind-resistant ripstop outer fabric helps to seal out windy gusts and snow. The standard fit allows you to wear weatherproof shells over the Transcendant Sweater and makes it equally comfortable to wear alone. Two zippered hand warmer pockets are ready to warm chilly hands, a zippered napoleon pocket stows smaller items and the brushed collar feels soft against chilled skin.
