Product Highlights

Ideal for day hiking, adventure racing and other active pursuits, the Osprey Talon 22 is sleek and functional. Despite weighing less than 2 pounds, the Talon 22 is capable of comfortably carrying loads of up to 25 pounds.

Employing ridge molded foam and built-in air channels, the Talon 22's AirScape backpanel provides flexible support and breathability to combat heat build-up between your back and the pack body. The Small/Medium Talon 22 fits torso lengths shorter than 19" and the Medium/Large size fits torsos that exceed 19" in length. Both the hipbelt and harness straps are padded, covered in mesh and perforated to keep weight to a minimum. Together they enhance comfort and optimize fit. Side compression straps allow you to cinch down the Talon 22 to keep contents safely in place and aid in load control.

The storage capacity of the Small/Medium Talon 22 is 1200 cubic inches and the Medium/Large is 1300 cubic inches. Stretch woven pockets on the front and sides of the Talon 22 offer additional organizational options and keep gear and extra layers close at hand. Small dedicated stretch pockets on the Talon 22's shoulder straps are perfect for snacks, energy gels or electronics. Large, zippered stretch mesh pockets on the hipbelt offer quick and easy access to other gear and essentials.

A lined, exterior compartment makes the Talon 22 hydration system (sold separately) compatible and makes it possible to refill your hydration reservoir (sold separately) without having to access the interior of the pack. An integrated LidLock clip securely stows a helmet without reducing the Talon 22's storage capacity.

The Osprey Talon 22 is available in your choice of color options.

Likes: This is the greatest daypack I've ever owned, I love it. I use it for bike commuting daily in nice weather, day hikes, and general use anytime I need a backpack. Its nice and small, just enough to carry lunch, water, raingear, and a fleece without things bouncing around back there.

Dislikes: I always open the top zip instead of the main compartment zip by mistake. That's all I can complain about really.

Likes: Secure fit. Lots of room. Comfortable. Easy to adjust.

    Dislikes: Expensive.
