Product Highlights

Ideal for day hiking, trail running and adventure racing, the Osprey Talon 11 is sleek and functional. The Talon 11 weighs in at less than a pound and a half and incorporates the fit and features necessary for aerobic activity.

Employing ridge molded foam and built-in air channels, the Talon 11's AirScape backpanel provides flexible support and breathability to combat heat build-up between your back and the pack body. The fixed harness on the Small/Medium Talon 11 fits torso lengths shorter than 19" and the Medium/Large size fits torsos that exceed 19" in length. Quick-release load-lifter straps let you really dial in the fit. Both the hipbelt and harness straps are padded, covered in mesh and perforated to keep weight to a minimum. Together they enhance comfort and optimize fit.

The storage capacity of the Small/Medium Talon 11 is a streamlined 549 cubic inches and the Medium/Large has a 671 cubic inch capacity. A front bungee attachment system and stretch woven side pockets offer additional organizational options and keep gear and extra layers close at hand. Small dedicated stretch pockets on the Talon 11's shoulder straps are perfect for snacks, energy gels or electronics. Large, zippered stretch mesh pockets on the hipbelt offer quick and easy access to other gear and essentials.

A lined, exterior compartment makes the Talon 11 hydration system (sold separately) compatible and makes it possible to refill your hydration reservoir (sold separately) without having to access the interior of the pack. An integrated LidLock clip securely stows a helmet without reducing the Talon 11's storage capacity.

The Osprey Talon 11 is available in your choice of size and color options.

Likes: I really like this product. I think it's under a pound and a half and it is quite versatile. It's already worked great for biking biking. It has just enough space for anything I would personally need to take with me for day hikes. I like the space it has for a water bladder and it seems like any water bladder would work fairly well with it. However, the proprietary one from Osprey is going to fit the best. The Osprey bladder is just a little heavier than ones from Platypus, for example. The pack itself is nice and durable as everything I own from Osprey, and I imagine it will last as long as I need it to. It is very comfortable and fits one's back quite well.

Dislikes: Everything about this pack is great so far.
