The sleek, high-performance Poco Plus framed child carrier is equally at home on the trail or on city streets. Utilizing Osprey's award-winning pack design experience, the Poco Plus delivers comfort and fit for parent and child. The Poco Plus is suitable for children who can sit up by themselves.
The suspension found on the Poco Plus provides "one size fits all" comfort for Mom, Dad and any other adult that puts it on. An easy-to-use cam buckle in the center of the backpanel has a 6" height-adjustability range. The hipbelt offers integrated adjustability that can extend the "wrap" of the supportive padding. This design allows for customized fit that ensures proper support and range of motion. A lightweight aluminum frame and tensioned "trampoline" style backpanel deliver comfortable support and excellent ventilation. Padded shoulder straps further enhance comfort and load support. The Poco Plus has a total carrying capacity of up to 48.5 pounds (including child, carrier and gear). Injection-molded hinges on the frame allow the Poco Plus to stand safely and sturdily for stable loading. The frame folds down easily for storage and travel.
A padded, height-adjustable cockpit and 5-point safety harness support and protect your passenger. Framing around your child ensures safety. A side entry with buckle closure allows you to easily situate your child in the seat. Adjustable stirrups serve as comfortable foot rests. An integrated, tuck-away sunshade shields your child from glare and harmful UV rays. The Poco Raincover (sold separately) can be used in tandem with sunshade to provide complete weather protection for your child.
A large lower compartment and front stretch pocket combine to provide 1404 cubic inches of storage capacity for clothes, diapers and other gear. Additional pockets on the front of the pack, the hipbelt and the shoulder strap keep cell phones, keys and other essentials close at hand while an inner mesh security pockets safely stows valuables.
Additional features found on the Poco Plus are mesh side pockets for toys or bottles, a hydration sleeve integrated into the backpanel and twin padded grab handles.
