With a total focus on super lightweight construction, the award-winning Osprey Exos 46 offers stripped down performance for adventure racing and fast-and-light thru-hikes and weekend trips. Despite weighing less than 2.5 pounds, the Exos 46 comfortably carries up to 30 pounds of gear and clothes!

An ultra-lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum frame combines with a tensioned mesh backpanel to equip the Exos 46 with support and ventilation. Strategically slotted foam on the Biostretch shoulder harness and hipbelt provides comfortable padding at minimal weight. Further enhancing fit, the hipbelt utilizes an ErgoPull closure that draws tension along the top and the bottom of the belt. A height-adjustable sternum strap and load-lifter straps allow you to make on-the-go fine-tuning.

Accommodating users of different heights, the Exos 46 is available in two sizes. The Small/Medium Exos 46 fits torso ranging from 18"-20.5" in length and the Medium/Large size fits torso lengths that exceed 20". The storage capacity of the Small/Medium size is 2807 cubic inches and the Medium/Large provides 2990 cubic inches of storage.

The top-loading packbag is accessed through a removable top lid. Stretch woven pockets on the front and sides of the Exos 46 offer additional organizational options and keep gear and extra layers close at hand. A zippered vertical front pocket provides one more place to stow gear. A small dedicated stretch pocket on the Exos 46's shoulder strap is perfect for snacks, energy gels or electronics. Large, zippered stretch mesh pockets on the hipbelt offer quick and easy access to other gear and essentials. Side compression straps aid in load transfer and allow you to cinch contents safely in place. Other features found on the Exos 46 include a tool attachment with bungee tie-off and integrated straps for lashing a sleeping pad.
