A smart update to the traditional backcountry cooking approach, the Optimus Terra Cookset nests three pots into one and stows them inside a nylon/neoprene stuff sack that doubles as a lightweight, warmth-retaining lid. Abrasion-resistant, hard-anodized construction lends the Terra Cookset rugged durability.

The Terra Cookset includes three separate aluminum-cooking surfaces, a 1.7-liter pot, a 1.65-liter pot and a 1.65 liter frying pan. Textured bottom surfaces and Teflon-coated interiors on the 1.65 liter pot and frying pan make both cooking and cleaning up a snap. Together, these three pieces are ready-made to tackle your favorite backcountry recipes. Once mealtime is over and you're ready to get back on the trail, the three pieces nest together in a single rattle-proof unit.

An innovative nylon/neoprene stuff sack is included with the Terra Cookset. An elastic buckle attachment secures the cookware safely in place and detaches easily when you're ready to start cooking! The stuff sack also serves as a heat-retaining lid, keeping food warm while the next menu item is being cooked. In fact, the lid can even play a part in the cooking process, allowing you to boil water, remove the pot from your stove, pour rice, noodles or dehydrated foods into the pot, throw on the lid and let the food simmer while you cook something else. In addition, the stuff sack can be used as a potholder or grip point, eliminating the risk of burns from grabbing still-hot pots.

The Optimus Terra Cookset also includes a lightweight pot grabber that nestles neatly inside a top pocket on the stuff sack.
